1. Energy-rich granola breakfast

Ingredients

1 serving (35 grams) of Superfoodies Red Granola Goji & Açai

200 ml of rice or nut milk

1 large spoonful of fresh coconut (coarsely ground)

1 handful of blueberries

1 handful of strawberries

Preparation

Slice the strawberries and pop them into a bowl, together with the blueberries, fresh coconut and granola. Pour over the rice or nut milk and your energy-rich breakfast is good to go!

2. Crunchy granola salad

Ingredients

1 serving (35 grams) of Superfoodies Green Coconut Granola & Spirulina

1 bag of mixed salad leaves

1 avocado

2 tomatoes

¼ mango

Extra virgin olive oil

Freshly ground black pepper 

Preparation

First peel and slice the avocado, chop the tomatoes into wedges and cut the mango into small chunks. Next empty the salad leaves onto a large plate or into a bowl, and add in all of the remaining ingredients. Drizzle with a little olive oil, season with freshly ground black pepper and then gently toss before serving. Delicious!

3. Granola snack

Ingredients

1 serving (35 grams) of Superfoodies Brown Granola Cacao Nibs & Maca

1 tablespoon of organic raisins

1 apple

1 tablespoon of flaked almonds

Preparation

First dice the apple and then pop it into a bowl, together with all of the remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly and consume immediately – that way your yummy granola snack stays nice and crunchy!

4. Granola dessert

Ingredients

1 serving (35 grams) of Superfoodies Red Granola Goji & Açai

200 ml of kefir or coconut yogurt

1 handful of blueberries

1 handful of strawberries

Superfood topping of your choice

Preparation 

Slice the strawberries and then pop them into a bowl, together with the blueberries and granola. Stir in the coconut kefir or yogurt and top with your choice of bee pollen, cacao nibs and / or desiccated coconut.

5. Raw granola biscuits

 Ingredients

1 serving (35 grams) of Superfoodies Brown Granola Cacao Nibs & Maca

10 organic dates

2 tbsp. of coconut syrup

1 tbsp. of coconut oil

5 tablespoons of Superfoodies organic cacao powder

Preparation

Pop all of the ingredients into your blender and process into a dough. Now fashion biscuit shapes from the dough and place into your fridge to set. You can also place the granola biscuits into your oven or dehydrator at a low temperature (40-50 C) for a few hours or until they become nice and warm and slightly chewy. Yum!
