Delicious chia seed & goji berry smoothie with banana and lemon peel.
Preparation time: 15 minutes (including soak time)
When to enjoy? Breakfast, lunch, snack
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon goji berries
- 1 banana
- A piece of lemon peel
- 1 cup nut or seed milk
Soak the chia seeds for about 15 minutes in hot water. Then add the chia pudding and other ingredients into a blender and blend into a completely even smoothie.
