Ingredients (for 2 people)
- 400ml coconut milk
- 50g chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons Golden Milk powder
- Topping: Fresh fruit, superfoods and/or nuts
Take a small saucepan and heat the coconut milk over low heat. Add the Golden Milk powder and eventually the honey as well. Keep stirring until the Golden Milk powder is completely dissolved. Turn the heat off and spoon the mixture into two bowls or glasses and let the dessert set for about an hour in the fridge (or overnight would be best). Serve with fresh fruit, superfoods and/or nuts to taste.
