Sweet pancakes with red berries

Rustle up the most delicious organic pancakes using Superfoodies Pancake Mix Sweet!

Makes: 1 serving (3 to 4 pancakes)

Preparation time: 10 minutes

When to enjoy? Breakfast, lunch or dinner

Gluten-free pancake mix



Pop the Superfoodies Pancake Mix Sweet, vegetable milk, coconut oil and egg (or banana) into your blender or mixing bowl and process until smooth. Allow to rest for 5 minutes. Add some honey or coconut sugar to the batter at this point to make your pancakes sweeter if desired. Now fry the pancakes in a preheated and greased frying pan on a low heat until both sides are golden brown. Serve with a spoonful of raw honey and the fresh berries.
