Mango pineapple coconut smoothie – with Immunity
Ingredients (1 serving)
- Half of a ripe mango (about 100g), peeled and roughly chopped (sub frozen mango chunks)
- 1 cup (about 100g) of fresh pineapple chunks (sub frozen pineapple chunks)
- 1 sachet Immunity powder
- ¾ cup (180ml) coconut milk (add extra water or light coconut milk if using frozen fruits)
- (optional) Coconut flakes, 1 tsp, for decorating
Instructions
- Add mango, pineapple, Immunity powder and coconut milk to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy consistency.
- Pour into a glass, optionally decorate with coconut flakes and enjoy.

Lemon overnight oats – with Immunity
Ingredients (1 serving)
- ½ cup (50g) oats
- 1 tbsp (10g) chia seeds
- 1 sachet Immunity powder
- Zest of half lemon (use organic lemons)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 2 tbsp plain coconut yogurt + 2 tbsp for serving
- ½ cup (120ml) almond milk
- (optional) Lemon zest, 1 tsp, for decorating
- (optional) A drizzle of honey or maple syrup, for topping
Instructions
- In a jar or bowl, mix oats, chia seeds, Immunity powder, lemon zest, lemon juice, sweetener, coconut yogurt and almond milk.
- Refrigerate overnight, or for at least 2 hours.
- Serve with extra coconut yogurt and, optionally, lemon zest and a drizzle of honey or syrup on top.
