- 2 kiwis
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds (soaked and ground up)
- About 8 mint leaves
- 1 lemon (or orange)
- 1 cucumber
- 1 apple
- 1 teaspoon spirulina
Add all ingredients to the blender and pour about 200ml water to the mix. Blend all ingredients until smooth, adding more water according to taste.
