Super Spirulina Smoothie

Would you like to drink more green smoothies but are finding the taste rather challenging? These green smoothies with spirulina have a refreshing taste that will leave you craving more off them more often.  

Number of portions: 2

Preparation: 5 minutes

When do I eat it? Snack, in-between meals   

Ingredients:

  • 2 kiwis 
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds (soaked and ground up) 
  • About 8 mint leaves
  • 1 lemon (or orange)
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 apple
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina

 Preparation:

Add all ingredients to the blender and pour about 200ml water to the mix. Blend all ingredients until smooth, adding more water according to taste.
