1. How do I shop?
You can browse the various categories and products and make a selection simply by clicking on them. The shopping cart can be used to conveniently store all the products that you have collected whilst shopping. Merely placing them in the shopping cart does not oblige you to place an order and you can always add, remove or change the quantity of products. You can also continue shopping on the site at any time. Most products display a picture. For a more detailed description, click on product and scroll down. Don’t forget that you can remove or change the quantity of a product at any point. When shopping you will notice, on the top right hand corner of the website, the running total of the products that you currently have in your shopping cart. This way you always know where you stand.

2. How do I place an order?
Once you have added your chosen products to the shopping cart and are ready to place your order, click on the shopping cart icon on the top right of your screen and then click "View cart" or "Checkout". You can choose from a selection of payment methods. Select the payment method and click "Continue to payment". Fill out your shipping and payment details and click "Pay now". After successful payment you will receive an automatic email confirmation containing a list of all the items you have ordered. You can read more about the Shipping & Payments here.

 

3. What should I do, if I do not receive my order within the specified timeframe?
lf you do not receive your order within the specified delivery time, it is advisable to wait an extra two to three weeks. If your order is still not delivered, please visit our "Customer Service" link at the bottom of this page to contact us directly. Don’t forget to mention your order reference in your message. For all orders outside of the EU, please allow for potential delays at customs. If you go to your account (top right hand corner of the website, click on your name) and click on "Order History", you can view the current status of your order.

 

4. Where can I amend my account details?
If you click on your account on the top right hand corner of the website, you can change your account information and / or password via the “Information” tab.

 

5. I forgot my password. What now?
Click on "Log in" located on the top right hand corner of the website. Next, click "Recover Password". Then type in your e-mail address and click "Recover", you will promptly receive an e-mail with a link to set a new password. You can now log in with your new password. We recommend that you use a password that you can easily remember, but which is not easy to guess for anyone else.

 

6. What is the current status of my order?
To determine the status of your order, simply go to your account on the top right hand corner of the website. Then click "Orders History" where you can view the current status of your order, 24 hours a day.

 

7. Must I first log in?
This is not essential. If you’re not yet a customer, you can still place products in your shopping cart before logging in. When you do eventually log in, upon payment for example, then the previously selected contents of your shopping cart are taken into account. You can even place an order without making an account, but you will have to fill out your shipping details.

 

8. Why should I create a personal account?
Creating a personal account is not required. However, it is recommended for your own convenience. We store your personal information and address data in a central and secure database that can only be accessed by using your unique password. This means that you’re not only able to shop faster, you can rapidly view and track your order information too. You will also benefit from access to a private address book containing your billing and shipping address (es) and you won't have to fill out your shipping address every time you place an order, as it will be saved.

 

9. What if you are not entirely satisfied?
We make every conceivable effort to ensure that you receive your products in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with any part of your order, its delivery or if you have any other complaint, then please contact us immediately via Customer Service at the bottom of the website.

We are totally at your service and always ready to resolve any problem or complaint as quickly and smoothly as possible! We’re also extremely keen to know the precise reason for your dissatisfaction, in order that we can continually improve both our products and services.
 

10. When can I return a product?
It is no problem to return an item ordered with Superfoodies.com within the cancellation period and complying with the conditions for the right to cancel. See the Returns Policy at the bottom of the page for all details regarding returns.
