Acaï Bowl

Ingredients

  • ½ cup water
  • ½ tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 banana (frozen or fresh)
  • Handful raspberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 tablespoon acai berry powder
  • 2 ice cubes – optional  
  • Superfoods and fresh fruit according to taste as a topping

Preparation:

Place the almond butter and water in a food processor and blend until the almond milk forms. Add the rest of the ingredients as well as the ice cubes and mix again. Pour the acai mixture into a bowl and sprinkle with superfoods and/or fresh fruit.
