Sunny Chia Punch
Got a busy day ahead of you and can you use some energy? Or do you need a good breakfast or a snack on your training day? Then try this protein-rich plantbased recipe. Packed with important nutrients, such as magnesium, omega-3, calcium, zinc and amino acids.

Quantity: 1 bowl
Preparation time: 15 minutes

  • 40 grams of Superfoodies Chia seed
  • juice of 1 orange
  • 5 strawberries
  • 2 tbs of Superfoodies Raw Cacao Nibs
  • 1 tbs of sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbs of raisins
  • 1 tbs of African Mango powder


Grind the chia seeds and put them in a bowl. Pour the orange juice over the seeds and leave it for 10 minutes, stir occasionally. Cut the strawberries in slices. Then mix the fruit, the cacao nibs, the raisins, the sunflower seeds and the African Mango powder over the chia seeds.
