Cappugreeno: A great coffee alternative

Ingredients (makes 1 serving)

  • ¼ cup (60ml) of warm, but not hot water
  • ¾ cup (180ml) of oat milk (barista type)
  • 1 tsp of Green Juice powder

Instructions

  1. Add warm water and green juice powder to a cup and mix it well with a spoon or a small whisk.

  2. Heat oat milk and froth it using a hand or electric milk frother.

  3. Pour frothed milk to the cup over the green juice “espresso”.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
