This smoothie is full of superfoods, mainly containing Maca, coconut oil and cocoa nibs. It is quick to make, full of nutrients and will give you lots of energy.

Preparation time: 2 minutes

When to enjoy: Snack, side dish, dessert  

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon Maca powder
  • Half a tablespoon cocao nibs
  • Half a tablespoon coconut oil
  • Water
  • Frozen banana
  • 2 to 3 dates (pitted)
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Preparation: 

Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until the mixture is smooth.
