Ingredients (for 4 waffles)
- 3 big eggs, at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons coconut flour
- ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
- 100ml plant-based milk
- 2 tablespoons Golden Milk powder
Preparation
Pre-heat the waffle iron. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and use an electric mixer or a blender and mix until the batter is smooth. Spoon into the waffle iron (about two to three tablespoons per waffle). Bake the waffle for three to four minutes until brown and cooked through. Serve with honey and blueberries. Enjoy!
