Chia breakfast - using Superfoodies Chia Seeds
Ingredients - 1 serving
- 1 cup (240 ml) vegetal milk
- 3 tbsp (30 g) chia seeds
- 1 tbsp oatmeal
- 1 to 2 teaspoons lucuma powder (or raw honey or date syrup)
- 2 tsp Luminous (optional)
- topping: handful of berries, 1 teaspoon cocoa beans
Instructions
- In the evening, put all the ingredients (except the topping ingredients) in a jar or bowl and mix well.
- Place in the refrigerator and soak overnight.
- The next morning, stir briefly and serve with fresh or frozen berries and cacao nibs.
