Banana-cinnamon smoothie - delicious smoothie recipe using Ashwagandha
Ingredients 1 serving
1 large ripe banana, frozen or fresh (about 120 g)
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp Ashwagandha Powder
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender at high speed until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thin smoothie, add an extra splash of almond milk.
- Pour into a glass (perhaps with a dash of cinnamon and slices of banana) and enjoy!
