As a course: take the contents of 1 sachet 3 times daily with a glass of (spring) water. Take Glorious Gut at least 30 minutes before meals. You do not necessarily have to eat after 30 minutes, but there must be at least 30 minutes between taking the powder and eating.
Maintenance dosage: 1 sachet daily, 30 minutes before meals with a glass of (spring) water.
For optimum results, it is best to combine this supplement with a diet focused on optimal intestinal health. Ask your (orthomolecular) therapist or dietician for advice.
Note: do not use for longer than 3 months at a time (for a course of 1 sachet 3 times daily). You can continue to take the maintenance dosage of 1 sachet daily.
