Psyllium Husks are a part of the seeds of the Plantago ovata plant, which is native to India. The husks are commonly used whole or dried and subsequently powdered for ease of consumption.

  • Contains 80 grams of fibre per every 100 grams

Suggested Use for Psyllium Husk Powder

Try adding 1 teaspoon (approx. 6 grams) of Psyllium Husk Powder into a glass of water or blend it in together with smoothie recipes. 

Storage Advice

Keep in a sealed container in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume within 2 months.
